Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via Royal Mail within 2 working days unless otherwise stipulated. Please be aware that Royal Mail are experiencing severe delays in shipping and some orders are taking up to 7 working days. If your order is urgent we can arrange alternative shipping arrangements. Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns for any products purchased directly from Caru Candles.

To be eligible for returns we ask that all items are returned in their original condition (unused), we are notified within 30 days of your purchase that you would like to return.
